Eltrak returns from the global maritime exhibition Posidonia 2024
We have returned from Posidonia, the largest celebration event of shipping, and the only international exhibition of its kind in our country. We discussed all the latest developments and presented our proposals featuring state-of-the-art systems in the fields of electric propulsion and hybrid systems, always focusing on key principles such as common benefit, innovation, and sustainability.
Additionally, we participated dynamically with the brands Caterpillar, MaK, and Palfinger, showcasing the pioneering energy and transportation solutions that the ELTRAK group offers for the sea, complemented by specialized repair solutions and genuine spare parts. It was an excellent opportunity for the entire Eltrak Marine team to gather, along with the parent company CP Holdings, and the leadership of Caterpillar, MaK, and Palfinger, who honored us with their presence.
We renew our appointment in Ποσειδώνια in two years.
Eltrak invests in Education and Information
Nothing is accidental. A dynamic result always starts with good preparation, which is based on information and education. This is the focus of our group's Human Resources department, with a primary concern being the continuous training of staff through seminars and experiential training, aiming to upgrade their skills. This process involves not only current employees but also future employees of our group.
At Eltrak, we understand the importance of supporting young professionals at the beginning of their careers and have developed a series of initiatives aimed at providing meaningful experiences:

- Implementation of the "Technicians For The World" program with 22 courses covering fundamental operational principles
